Tried everything and friends still can't get to my palace.

I've been trying everything from taking down firewalls to getting DNS service to update my ever-changing IP address and nothing works. I've read other forums and nothing seems to be changing. Any other suggestions?

Using a BEFCMU10 linksys router, windows vista, need anything else?
